We are able to see the board events already. We see the call getting to the far end! But... still no audio treatment.

This will create a modules.conf.xml from the build modules.conf.  Ideal for a new build to uncomment

New and improved Dial By Name Directory, includes an actual helpful README,  example usage, and a generic phrase macro that uses stock FreeSWITCH IVR prompts.  Refactored about 60 lines of code out of the original aadir.js, added comments and debugging.

Removed the use of call leg variables in originate since session variables really can't be assigned in the form {global vars}[local vars]targetA targetB. Well, its fixed now.

Added a module for the fastsms web service to scripts/contrib/jtregunna/mod_fastsms. README file is included with instructions, as well as a sample config file.

Tested on FreeBSD 7.1 with r12817, however should work fine on Linux and Windows as well. Though, due to development limitations, no VCProj is included.

evidently, Apple's Address Book stores telephone numbers willy nilly, and gives you no control over how the actual numbers are stored - added function to strip ()-. and spaces from the number before passing it to FS

Added a simple TTS weather reporting agent. Primitive at the moment, no searching capabilities, location is fixed to Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. 

TODO: Create an ASR, and have it search major city centers in North America, maybe the world if I can find an easy way of doing that.
